The seminar aims at fostering the integration of metaphor research and a number of related disciplines, such as psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, language acquisition, and experimental pragmatics, in the multidisciplinary and strongly application-oriented spirit of RaAM. The event will maintain the diversity of topics that traditionally characterizes RaAM events, by also promoting a wider range of methodological approaches.

The seminar will take place on 15-17 June 2026 at the University School for Advanced Studies (IUSS) in Pavia (Italy)
